Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Manager II to lead a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists and Energy Engineers across our energy efficiency programs. You will provide energy advice and coordinate services for customers while guiding outreach processes to meet program goals.

You will supervise staff, drive performance, manage communications with clients and internal teams, and collaborate with technology to analyze data, ensure quality control and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; electrical/gas utility background considered.
• 5+ years in customer outreach or sales.
• Experience in energy efficiency program outreach.
• Experience managing staff performing outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and mentor the Outreach team (Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, Energy Engineers).
• Plan, coach, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews.
• Achieve program objectives by maintaining productivity and service metrics.
• Coordinate with Technology to diagnose software issues and support data reporting.
