Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Manager I to lead a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers across its energy efficiency programs in Tucson. The role focuses on guiding outreach, coordinating with marketing and utility clients, and delivering energy efficiency solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant utility or energy management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; technical degree considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in electric/natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC, lighting, or energy management.
• Experience managing staff performing outreach activities.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers.
• Develop outreach plans with Program Manager for key market segments.
• Coordinate outreach with Marketing, contractors, and utility clients.
• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and trade allies in territory.
• Provide energy efficiency advice to building owners and managers.
• Enter data into spreadsheets/databases to track energy savings and manage projects.
