Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Manager I to lead a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers across our energy efficiency programs. You will provide energy advice, coordinate outreach, and identify opportunities to apply prescriptive and custom incentives for customers.

You will work with the Program Manager to target key market segments, collaborate with marketing teams and clients, and travel up to 40% to deliver results while maintaining high customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical school degree with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years in the electric or utility field and program management.
• Experience managing staff performing proactive customer outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to team members and resolve customer issues.
• Develop outreach plan with Program Manager to target key market segments.
• Coordinate outreach activities with Client Marketing team, prime contractors and utility client.
• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and trade allies in the territory.
• Identify on-site opportunities for energy efficiency and provide follow-up to customers.
• Enter data into spreadsheets/databases to determine energy savings and manage projects.
