Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Manager I to lead a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers delivering energy efficiency programs. You will guide day-to-day activities, develop market outreach plans, and coordinate with clients, marketing teams, and contractors to meet program goals.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor's or technical degree with 3–5 years in electric or gas utilities, facilities management, lighting, or energy conservation, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical school degree combined with demonstrated experience in electric/gas utility field will be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, commercial and industrial lighting, or conservation and energy management.

Responsabilités

• Provide management and leadership to team members, including day-to-day activities and achieving program goals.
• Develop outreach plans with Program Manager to target key market segments.
• Coordinate outreach activities with Client Marketing team, contractors, and utility client.
• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers and trade allies in the territory.
• Enter data into spreadsheets/databases to determine energy savings and manage projects.
