Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership across functions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Grocery, General Merchandise, Health & Beauty Care, Frozen, and Dairy departments.
• Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate the training of all non-perishable department team members.
• Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion and control turnover.
• Manage labor relations and address employee issues and grievances promptly.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and ensure well-stocked, fresh product offerings.
• Coach and implement action plans to improve department performance and control costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
