Riddles Group Inc. in Rapid City, SD is seeking a dependable Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing across several divisions. You will verify timecards, deductions, and pay rates, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

You will maintain confidential records and support year-end processes such as W‑2s. Experience with ADP and strong Excel skills are preferred for accurate, on-time payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing across multiple companies or locations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices, wage/hour, taxes and deductions.
• Experience with payroll systems; ADP experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; able to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for multiple companies with varying employee populations.
• Review timecards, hours worked, overtime, rates, deductions and related information.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees, managers, and departments.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and ensure data privacy.
• Process payroll adjustments, corrections, retroactive pay, and other changes.
• Assist with payroll tax reporting, reconciliations and filings.
