Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for multiple companies.
• Review timecards, hours, overtime, pay rates, deductions.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees and managers.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and employee data.
• Process payroll adjustments and year-end reporting (W-2s).
• Assist with payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, and filings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain payroll system data and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, accounting, and leadership to improve processes.
