RDG Companies is seeking a full-time Human Resources/Payroll Specialist to support payroll, HRIS records, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance across its portfolio of companies. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and responsive service to employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and assist with weekly payroll across RDG Companies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information.
• Assist with employee benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, new hire paperwork, and onboarding.
• Provide HR and payroll support to employees and managers.
• Assist with FMLA and other employee leave administration.
• Process employee changes, payroll adjustments, and benefit deductions.
• Assist with employee relations documentation and HR compliance.
• Prepare payroll reports, certified payroll, and prevailing wage documentation as applicable.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
