REPAY (Realtime Electronic Payments) is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage full cycle payroll for 1,100+ employees across the U.S. and Canada. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure timely processing and accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience with ADP and Workday Payroll and Time Tracking, strong communication, and a track record of operating with urgency and precision in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience processing full cycle payroll.
• Experience with ADP and Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate with urgency and handle sensitive information.
• Adaptable and able to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle U.S. (multi-state) and Canada semi-monthly payroll for ~1,100 employees.
• Oversee time tracking corrections.
• Assist with garnishments processed by third-party processors.
• Manage payroll data for accurate accounting, records, and day-to-day processing.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure payroll changes are entered correctly.
• Assist with state/local payroll tax registrations and monitoring.
• Serve as main point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll analyses.
• Prepare bi-monthly payroll journal entries.
• Process manual/out-of-cycle payments as needed.
• Identify and recommend changes to payroll software and procedures.
• Adhere to Final Pay State Laws.
• Assist with audits and annual W-2 review and distribution.
