Job summary

RDG Companies, including Property Management, Inc., is hiring a full-time Human Resources/Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and HR records across the organization. The role requires prior HR and payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and payroll practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and assist with weekly payroll across RDG Companies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information.
• Assist with employee benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, new hire paperwork, and onboarding.
• Provide HR and payroll support to employees and managers.
• Assist with FMLA and other employee leave administration.
• Process employee changes, payroll adjustments, and benefit deductions.
• Assist with employee relations documentation and HR compliance.
• Prepare payroll reports, certified payroll, and prevailing wage documentation as applicable.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
