Berklee College of Music is seeking an Admissions Services Representative to serve as the frontline for Admissions inquiries via phone and email. Under supervision, you will handle high volumes, guide applicants through the process, and assist with material submissions.

Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of Admissions Services, the Admissions Services Representative is part of a team responsible for representing the front line for Admissions communications via email and phone calls. The Admissions Services Representative will typically answer a high-volume number of calls and emails throughout the day. These calls and emails range from general inquiries about Berklee, to detailed questions about the application process, including how/where to submit application materials. Some outgoing calls to applicants will be required to support the college’s recruitment efforts. A strong understanding of Admissions policies, deadlines and procedures is required, in addition to knowledge about Berklee’s academic offerings.
