Decentralized Masters, part of Catalyst Capital Holdings, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across five entities. You will run multiple concurrent searches, partner with department leads, and uphold a standardized, scalable process across brands.

This is a remote role requiring 3+ years of experience, Workable ATS proficiency, and comfort working across EST and CET time zones. Join a lean team and shape recruiting for a fast-growing group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with multi-brand exposure.
• Ability to run five or more concurrent searches across functions.
• Fluent written English and comfortable async collaboration across time zones.
• Experience partnering with People & Culture leaders and hiring managers across multiple entities.
• Familiarity with Workable ATS strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution: intake with department lead, job description and scorecard, sourcing, screening, structured interview logistics, through to offer.
• Sourcing & Pipeline: build and maintain warm pipelines for recurring roles and source directly via LinkedIn, Workable, and niche boards.
• Cross-Entity Coordination: partner with leads across five entities and enforce a consistent hiring process.
• Systems & Reporting: maintain pipeline hygiene, live recruiting report, and reference checks.
• Offer Support: draft first-pass offer language aligned to each entity’s comp structure.
