Job summary

Concentric seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate team in Kirkland. This role owns full-cycle recruiting for a demanding portfolio of roles, with a focus on delivering a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience, and partnering with senior stakeholders.

You’ll leverage Greenhouse ATS and AI-powered tools, build diverse pipelines, and represent Concentric at recruiting events. Remote-friendly within the United States with PST overlap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and client hiring managers.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and modern technology.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume requisition load, from posting to offer.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience with timely communication.
• Screen and interview candidates, guiding teams to final decisions.
• Collaborate with global TA team on complex searches and escalations.
• Leverage recruiting tools to manage candidate data and streamline workflows.
