Sun Holdings, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across our QSR, fast casual, and fine dining concepts.

You will post jobs, screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will maintain ATS, help build pipelines for leadership and crew roles, participate in campus events, and assist with the offer process.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recruiting experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong understanding of restaurant leadership roles and operational structures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms and review applications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess interest and basic qualifications; schedule interviews.
• Coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers; follow up throughout the process.
• Collect and organize interview feedback; assist with the offer process and next steps.
