Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Interest in recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and leaders.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple calendars.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to provide updates and confirmations.
• Post and maintain job openings on approved platforms.
• Review resumes and assist with initial outreach and screening.
• Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
• Track candidate activity and maintain records in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure smooth interview logistics.
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment steps.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes.
