This role combines hands-on candidate sourcing and screening with interview coordination, applicant tracking, and pre-employment support. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS platforms such as iCIMS.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or recruitment coordination preferred; experience screening candidates is highly valued.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, discretion, and ability to prioritize multiple openings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with ATS platforms and online job boards.
• Preferred: iCIMS, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, multi-location hiring, or recruiting in distribution, logistics, transportation, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain openings on company career pages and job boards; source candidates and review resumes.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and build a candidate pipeline for multiple roles.
• Coordinate interview logistics: schedule phone/virtual interviews and manage confirmations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS; track recruiting activity and reports.
• Support job posting updates and collaborate with hiring managers on projects.
• Assist with job fairs and recruiting initiatives to improve processes.
• Maintain current list of open positions by location.
