Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter to customers.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers in the lobby and proactively address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process transactions following Bank Policy.
• Resolve escalated account issues and log complaints in the system.
• Introduce sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Perform branch operations such as cash orders, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Conduct consumer AML/KYC duties and maintain compliance controls.
• Support audit points and internal controls; promote the M&T Bank brand.
• Complete related duties as assigned.
