M&T Bank is seeking a Float Teller to support branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, and transactional processing. The role involves traveling between branches within a designated area to assist staff and ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, resolving routine issues, and promoting bank services to customers. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required, with bilingual ability a plus.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 6 months customer service, data entry or cash handling experience.
Ability to travel between branches as needed.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills expected.
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Proficient with internet-based tools and technology.
Bilingual based on branch needs is a plus.
