Healthfirst in Florida is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to review medication lists, promote adherence, and coordinate MTM services to improve outcomes. You will facilitate refills, new prescriptions, and access while aligning with care plans.

Collaborating with Healthfirst pharmacists and community pharmacies, you will monitor adherence, conduct patient assessments, and communicate with providers to support optimal therapy. Requires license/certification and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists on medication issues.
• Must be a nationally certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB/NHA) or licensed Pharmacy Technician.

Responsabilités

• Reviews medication lists to eliminate barriers to therapy and promotes adherence.
• Facilitates refills, new prescriptions, appointments, and access to medications for financial issues.
• Coordinates MTM interventions with Healthfirst Pharmacists and partners.
• Monitors member medication adherence with community pharmacies.
• Performs patient health assessments to identify barriers to adherence.
• Handles member and provider communications by telephone or in person.
