Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join the Clinical Engagement Center. The role delivers telephonic MTM, health education, and care coordination to boost medication adherence and patient engagement, reporting to the Supervisor, CEC Operations.

Key responsibilities include MTM, outreach, care coordination, and education, with emphasis on proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to improve clinical performance and access to medications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required; state license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and processes.
• Empathetic, patient-focused support with clear, respectful communication.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound communications with approved workflows.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives per protocols.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate patient care for timely access to medications and continuity of therapy.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect patients with resources.
