Job summary

Women In Need, Inc. (Win) seeks a Social Service Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers in the Harriet Tubman Supportive Housing program. You will ensure trauma-informed, client-centered services for families experiencing homelessness while upholding compliance and staff development.

The role emphasizes supervising operations, supporting staff, and coordinating with community providers to connect families with housing and supportive services that promote stability and independence.

Qualifications

• MSW or related advanced degree required (or Bachelor's with 5 years if applicable).
• 3–5 years of experience in family or residential social services; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices (EBP) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Case Managers to deliver high-quality, client-centered services.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate case conferences, and provide crisis intervention.
• Promote Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), MI, and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) across programs.
• Monitor assessments, ILPs, records, and service delivery for DHS, OTDA, and Win standards.
• Audit CARES documentation and client charts for audit readiness and confidentiality.
• Build partnerships with community providers for housing, mental health, substance use, and services.
• Develop workshops and facilitate client engagement activities; participate in housing initiatives.
