Job summary

Women In Need (Win) is seeking a Social Service Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers in our Harriet Tubman Supportive Housing program in Corona, NY. The role focuses on delivering trauma-informed, client-centered services to families facing homelessness while ensuring program compliance and staff development.

The position requires an MSW or related advanced degree, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and a strong background in EBPs, MI, TIC, and CARES usage.

Qualifications

• MSW or related advanced degree required or preferred for the role.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of an MSW.
• Experience in family or residential social services is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Case Managers to ensure high-quality, client-centered services.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, facilitate case conferences, and provide crisis intervention support.
• Champion Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC).
• Monitor assessments, ILPs, case records to ensure DHS/OTDA/Win standards compliance.
• Audit CARES documentation and client charts for audit readiness and confidentiality.
• Build partnerships with community providers to connect families with housing and supportive services.
• Develop workshops, facilitate client engagement, and participate in housing-focused initiatives.
• Provide leadership support and oversee services in the Program Director's absence.
