Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW or related degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience providing counseling, case management, or residential services to families and individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a social services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC).
• Experience supporting vulnerable populations, including survivors of domestic violence and individuals facing mental health, substance use, and housing challenges.

What You Will Do

Who You Will Be

• You will hold an MSW or related degree
• 3–5 years of experience providing counseling, case management, or residential services to families and individuals experiencing homelessness
• You will bring prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities in a social services environment
• You will have strong knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC)
• You will demonstrate experience supporting vulnerable populations, including survivors of domestic violence and individuals facing mental health, substance use, and housing challenges
• You will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills
