This role focuses on implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments, Microsoft infrastructure services, and business-critical applications across multiple customer environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to document activities.
• Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and support Windows Server environments across MSP customers.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure services and AD-related components.
• Support hybrid identity solutions integrating on‑prem AD with cloud services.
• Create operational documentation, scripts, and build procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in on‑call rotation.
