Job summary

SHI International Corp. is hiring a Systems Engineer to join our MSP team.

The role focuses on Windows Server administration, Microsoft infrastructure services, and cross- environment support for multiple customers. The ideal candidate has strong on-premises Microsoft experience, solid troubleshooting, and good documentation skills, with ability to engage customers and senior technical staff across cloud and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Systems Engineer/Infrastructure/Windows roles in MSP or enterprise.
• Solid Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Hyper-V/VMware and scripting (PowerShell).
• Ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and support Windows Server environments for MSP customers.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure services and AD/Entra ID integrations.
• Collaborate with networking, security, cloud and application teams.
• Create operational docs, scripts, and build procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
