SHI is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our MSP team, focusing on Windows Server environments across multiple customer setups, including Active Directory and hybrid Microsoft infrastructure. You will implement, administer, and troubleshoot core services while maintaining documentation and partner-facing communication.

The role emphasizes on-premises Microsoft expertise, collaborative problem solving, and the ability to support customers and senior technical staff in remote and on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years in Systems Engineer/Infrastructure role within MSP or enterprise.
• Strong Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell skills.

Responsabilités

• Implement, administer, and support Windows Server environments across multiple MSP customers.
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure services (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
• Support hybrid identity solutions integrating on-prem AD with Entra ID and synchronization tech.
• Install and troubleshoot Microsoft and third-party server apps, middleware, and services.
• Participate in server builds, platform upgrades, migrations, and data center modernization.
• Troubleshoot OS, authentication, app, virtualization, storage, and backup issues; escalate when needed.
• Apply security hardening, patching, and privileged-access controls.
