Job summary

SalesBountyHunter is seeking a Technology Sales Representative to identify prospects, generate high-quality leads, and manage the full sales cycle for outsourced IT solutions across South Florida.

You will sell cloud services, cybersecurity, network management, and helpdesk support, with a base salary of $55,000-$60,000 and an OTE of $150,000, in a hybrid full-time role serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B tech sales within MSP/IT services.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals, closing monthly recurring revenue (MRR) contracts.
• Hunting (business development) and farming (account management) experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, cold call, and network to uncover new B2B opportunities for Managed IT Services across South Florida.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand a prospect's IT infrastructure, pain points, and business goals.
• Partner with internal technical teams to design, pitch, and demonstrate tailored IT solutions and recurring service agreements.
• Implement long-term account management strategies to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and strategic technology alignment.
• Maintain strong, trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and business owners.
