Job summary

Addison Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking an MSP Technician I to provide onsite and remote support for local business clients. You will troubleshoot, install, configure, and deploy desktops and peripherals, travel to client sites, and guide users through technical issues for a positive experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of IT support experience, strong desktop troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required; CompTIA A+ is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a managed services environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and workstation issues.
• Experience installing and configuring computers and related hardware.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and workstation issues for end users.
• Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
• Travel to local client sites to provide technical support and assist with system setups.
• Guide users through technical issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with workstation upgrades, replacements, and new employee setups.
• Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve escalated issues.
• Support basic networking components, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
