Job summary

BTC Broadband Inc. is seeking a MSP Tier 1 Technician in Oklahoma to install, maintain, and repair computers and networks. The role requires providing on-site support and remote assistance to resolve issues promptly.

The technician will handle setup for new employees, troubleshoot desktops and networks, and document processes for future reference, while expanding knowledge of VoIP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows desktop operating systems and basic network setup.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, mobile, and small network issues.
• Experience documenting issues and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Familiarity with remote access tools and on-site support processes.
• Willingness to learn VoIP systems and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user issues via phone or email; use remote tools when possible.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, tablet, phone, and network problems.
• Document issues and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Set up user accounts, email, logins, printers, and phones for new employees.
• Support and configure network environments including wired, wireless, VPN, TCP/IP.
