Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic familiarity with MacBooks and iOS devices.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, desktop applications, and common end-user issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets.
• Set up and support PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment.
• Provide basic support for MacBooks and iOS devices.
• Assist with network connectivity and device configuration issues.
• Support monthly new-hire onboarding, including equipment distribution and account setup.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on IT tools and best practices.
