Qualifications

• BA degree and 3–4 years in staffing, account management, HR, or recruiting.
• Experience with Beeline or similar VMS tool is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and understand client systems and culture.
• Oversee requisition processes with hiring managers and suppliers.
• Coordinate candidate evaluation, rates, and onboarding.
• Handle assignment governance, performance issues, and HR-related concerns.
• Deliver program governance and vendor scorecards with analytics.
