Adecco Group seeks a Program Manager to deliver consultative MSP solutions across multiple locations, optimizing service quality and cost efficiency. This role requires travel and high-level coordination with client executives to grow the program regionally and globally, while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with Adecco policies.

Formación

• Completion of post-secondary education in related field or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Five years’ work experience, with four years in service level industry and a proven track record.
• Six Sigma certification: Lean Certification and/or Green Belt required.

Responsabilidades

• Manages client operations and service aspects for the MSP with multiple sites and suppliers.
• Builds relationships with key decision makers at MSP organization and client enterprise; serves as primary contact for regional program management.
• Engages Adecco resources and external labor suppliers to optimize client’s workforce.
• Drives program evolution aligned with client strategy and expands nationally and globally.
• Provides regular MSP updates, performance analyses, and quarterly reporting to client and stakeholders.
• Responsible for yearly budget and P&L, including monthly financial commentary and growth targets.
• Oversees the use of VMS technology for cost-effective, timely delivery.
• Participates in sales presentations and prepares proposals for new/expanded business.
• Supports supplier relationships and negotiations; participates in special projects.
