The role emphasizes building relationships with client sponsors, contributing to revenue growth, and ensuring timely billing and KPI/SLAs, while adhering to company policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales/recruitment/project management preferred.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, set goals and develop action plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support to the Program Management office.
• Participates in the implementation process on all orders associated with the program management team for any assigned clients.
• Develops sound working relationships with customer sponsors at assigned clients.
• Assists with growing and expanding client relationships to increase revenue, sales and market share.
• Maintains the service satisfaction levels of clients and customers with appropriate collaboration from all team members.
• Ensures accurate and timely billing processes are followed by clients and suppliers.
• Ensures all KPIs and SLAs are met and documented.
• Adheres to internal policies, state healthcare requirements, and federal/state laws/regulations.
