Job summary

Everpure is expanding a global MSP practice and seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead MSP opportunities from discovery to close. You will define multi-tenant architectures, automate provisioning, and align commercial models with MSPs, while building a leadership presence with partner CTOs.

You will collaborate with MSP architects and field teams to validate reference architectures and sizing guides, shaping a new practice from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture or technical leadership.
• Direct experience with MSPs and understanding of how they build, price, operate and sell managed services.
• Credible depth across modern data platform architecture: block, file and object, hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes and storage-as-a-service models.
• Commercial fluency — comfortable discussing consumption economics, TCO and margins with MSP leadership.
• Outstanding written, diagrammatic and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own technical leadership of MSP opportunities end to end: discovery, solution design, sizing, competitive positioning, POCs and close.
• Define end-to-end service architecture — multi-tenancy, automation, provisioning, operational model and MSP integration.
• Model and influence the commercial construct: unit economics, cost per tenant, consumption models.
• Displace competitors in MSP environments and position the full platform (FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx, Everpure Data Intelligence).
• Build credibility with MSP architects and CTOs, growing partner-side technical champions.
• Feed MSP requirements back into global MSP program and Product Management with reference architectures and sizing guides.
• Work in primarily in-office London environment per Pure policies unless on PTO or travel.
