Job summary

Omnissa is seeking an experienced MSP Operations Strategy leader to define and execute the operational roadmap supporting the MSP partner business. You’ll identify opportunities to improve onboarding, provisioning, billing, lifecycle management, renewals, and support processes, while building scalable frameworks.

You will partner across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Engineering to drive governance, KPI dashboards, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in SaaS operations.
• Experience with MSPs or indirect channels.
• Proven track record in operational transformation.
• Experience translating requirements into scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the MSP ops roadmap.
• Improve onboarding, provisioning, billing, renewals.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements.
• Own systems supporting MSP operations and integrations.
