Job summary

Convergence Networks is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead MSP project design and architectural consulting for our Professional Services teams. You will analyze business requirements, design solutions aligned to our standard stack, and prepare budgets and quotes after client approval.

You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, mentor team members, and support vCIOs in technical discussions to ensure solutions meet objectives and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years MSP project/solution design experience.
• Experience writing proposals and quotes; supporting sales in client calls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate and establish business requirements for projects.
• Design solutions aligned with Convergence’s standard stack.
• Prepare budgets and detailed quotes after approvals.
• Support client meetings with vCIO as a technical SME.
