Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an Enterprise Services Architect to lead the design and operation of our Managed Services Networking & Security offering. The role focuses on building secure network architectures, cloud integration, and proactive security operations for multiple clients, with leadership over budgets and SLAs.

You will mentor teams, implement automation, and drive runbooks while ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field preferred.
• 10–15 years in network and security managed-services operations.
• Experience with enterprise networking and security in MSP environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the Networking & Security managed service with leadership oversight.
• Design secure network architectures including cloud hosting and OS hardening.
• Lead and mentor technical teams; manage budgets, milestones, and SLAs.
• Develop runbooks, automation, and security controls; monitor security alerts.
• Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and product teams to deliver solutions.
