Virtual Tech Gurus is seeking a Project Engineer to join our MSP team, bringing hands-on infrastructure experience and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions. You will lead projects, coordinate with junior engineers, and ensure timely, quality deliverables across networks, servers, virtualization, and cloud migrations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in infrastructure IT, 3 years in a lead role, and the ability to work with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an infrastructure IT support role with lead project experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects solo or with junior engineers in a lead role.
• Coordinate with Project Design Desk and other engineers on scope and infrastructure.
• Provide mentorship and escalations for junior resources.
• Adhere to client-defined metrics, daily time entry, and status reporting.
• Create and update technical documentation during and post-project.
• Perform knowledge transfer with staff post-project.
