Job summary

Network Coverage is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple technical initiatives, spanning networking, cloud, and on-premises infrastructure. You will drive project plans, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record in MSP environments with a technical background to address complex project challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT or MSP-related hands-on experience.
• 2+ years of practical project management.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP or similar certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, O365, Virtualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Communicate with clients and manage relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop project teams to sustain high engagement and performance.
• Develop and execute project strategies aligned with client needs and company goals.
