Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across MSP client environments. The role focuses on Windows Server, virtualization, storage, hybrid cloud, backup/DR, SQL Server, and enterprise apps.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple customers, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot complex issues in highly available, compliance-driven settings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering experience.
• Experience in MSP/consulting multi-client environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Windows Server infrastructure across physical, virtual, and hybrid environments.
• Administer VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and Proxmox.
• Support enterprise storage platforms (NetApp, Pure Storage, Nutanix, vSAN, SAN, HCI).
• Build and support hybrid cloud environments in Azure, Azure Government, and AWS.
• Implement and manage Veeam Backup & Replication and DR testing.
• Support Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure including installs, patching, backup, and high availability.
• Support hosting of Epicor, Infor SyteLine/CSI, Sage, and other enterprise apps.
• Support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments as needed.
• Apply infrastructure hardening and security best practices (NIST 800-171, CMMC 2).
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and audit-ready records.
• Participate in client implementations, migrations, upgrades, and infra projects.
• Work across multiple customer environments while maintaining service quality and standards.

Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across a diverse portfolio of client environments within an MSP setting.

This role will focus on Windows Server, virtualization, storage, hybrid cloud, backup/disaster recovery, SQL Server, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded infrastructure engineer who is comfortable supporting multiple customers, managing competing priorities, and troubleshooting complex issues across highly available and compliance-driven environments.

Required Qualifications
