Job summary

In-Telecom is seeking an experienced MSP Onboarding Project Manager to lead new managed IT clients through the onboarding and implementation process.

This role owns the client onboarding experience from kickoff through transition to our Service Delivery and Network Operations teams. You'll coordinate clients, Project Engineers, Project Technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure onboarding projects are properly planned, documented, scheduled, and completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or onboarding in IT.
• Experience managing schedules, resources, budgets and multiple projects.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent client communication and organization.
• Able to coordinate technical resources without hands-on engineering work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, backup and MSP services.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSP client onboarding projects from kickoff through final handoff.
• Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Document environments, processes, and requirements.
• Track labor, budgets, variances, and cost-to-completion.
• Identify risks and delays early in onboarding.
• Oversee deployment and validation of managed IT services.
