Job summary

Convergence Networks in Lansing, MI is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to deliver a structured, high-quality onboarding experience for new clients. You will perform hands-on technical implementation, deploy managed services tools, and coordinate projects to ensure smooth service handoff.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams, manage onboarding tickets, create SOPs, document configurations, and help drive continuous improvement of onboarding standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Project Manager/Coordinator in IT or MSP.
• Hands-on MSP tooling experience with the listed systems.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple onboarding activities.
• Clear written and verbal customer communication.

Responsibilities

• MSP tooling enablement: deploy and validate RMM, PSA, and M365 tools.
• Coordinate onboarding projects, schedule tickets, track progress.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation and SOPs.
• Communicate onboarding status to customers and internal teams.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to onboarding standards.
