You will serve as the main liaison between technical teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring clear updates and on-time deliverables.

The role requires a degree and 2+ years of IT project coordination in an MSP or similar tech environment.

Qualifications

• Requires associates or bachelor’s degree in business, project management, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT project coordination in MSP or similar tech environment.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and project lifecycles.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of IT projects, including client onboardings, migrations, and system implementations.
• Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and deliverables.
• Monitor milestones and proactively address potential issues or delays.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, notes, and action item follow-ups.
• Assist with resource allocation and workload management to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Support implementation of best practices and process improvements for project management.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible for stakeholders.
