Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in MSP or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to clients, including hardware and software.
• Manage and maintain client networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and manage security solutions and conduct regular audits.
