Job summary

TeamLogic IT Mt. Vernon/Alexandria is seeking an experienced MSP Level 2 Technician to deliver advanced IT support and solutions for SMB clients. The role emphasizes strong technical skills, customer service, and efficient problem resolution.

The candidate will handle incident management, network administration, security, backups, and project support while mentoring junior staff and assisting with after‑hours emergencies. Travel to client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an MSP or similar IT support role, degree preferred.
• Strong Windows/macOS, Office 365, AD, and virtualization knowledge.
• Experience with RMM and ticketing tools (NinjaRMM, Autotask, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Networking, security awareness, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for SMB clients.
• Resolve escalated tickets promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage client networks including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi.
• Implement security measures and conduct regular audits.
• Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery plans.
