Job summary

TeamLogic IT in the United States seeks an experienced MSP Level 2 Technician to deliver advanced IT support for SMB clients. You will troubleshoot complex issues, implement security measures, and collaborate with engineers on projects.

You\'ll mentor Level 1 staff, participate in disaster recovery planning, and maintain thorough documentation while providing excellent customer service and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in an MSP or similar IT support role.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Professional are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to clients, including hardware/software installation and configuration.
• Respond to escalated tickets promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage client networks: routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless APs.
• Implement and monitor security solutions; perform regular audits.
• Ensure data backups and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Document configurations and support activities clearly for clients.
