Job summary

TeamLogic IT in Fort Mill, SC seeks an MSP technician to support small business clients with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers and security. You will handle service desk tickets, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and network/server administration.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years IT experience, MSP background, and hands-on with firewalls, switches, access points, AD, and cloud migrations; experience with EDR/MDR. Travel to client sites required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience or a diploma/degree in Information Technology.
• MSP experience is required.
• Solid hands-on with firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Comfortable with network troubleshooting—VLANs, routing, DNS/DHCP, VPNs.
• Experience with server setup/virtualization is a plus.
• Experience with EDR and MDR.
• Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory administration.
• Cloud experience, migrating on-prem servers to Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Resolve service desk requests via phone, email, and web portal.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Set up and maintain servers (physical and virtual) and core services like AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Support cloud environments and assist with on-prem to cloud migrations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory for clients.
• Support EDR/MDR and SIEM platforms for endpoint and security monitoring.
• Travel to client sites when needed.
