Job summary

ComputerEZE in California is seeking an IT technician to support small-business clients as we shift from break/fix to managed services. You will handle helpdesk tickets, manage M365/Entra, deploy endpoints and images, configure UniFi networks, and visit client offices onsite.

You should communicate clearly with non-technical clients, document solutions thoroughly, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an MSP or internal IT role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin, Windows endpoints, DNS/DHCP/VLANs, and Active Directory.
• A clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
• The ability to explain technical problems to a non-technical client.

Responsibilities

• Handle helpdesk tickets and escalations.
• Administer M365/Entra and Windows endpoints.
• Deploy endpoints and imaging.
• Configure UniFi networks for small-business clients.
• Occasional onsite visits to client offices.
• Document processes and solutions as you work.
