ComputerEZE in California is seeking an IT technician to support small-business clients as we shift from break/fix to managed services. You will handle helpdesk tickets, manage M365/Entra, deploy endpoints and images, configure UniFi networks, and visit client offices onsite.

You should communicate clearly with non-technical clients, document solutions thoroughly, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Competenze

• 2+ years in an MSP or internal IT role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin, Windows endpoints, DNS/DHCP/VLANs, and Active Directory.
• A clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
• The ability to explain technical problems to a non-technical client.

Mansioni

ComputerEZE is a 30-year-old family-owned MSP supporting small-business clients across Placer, Nevada, and Sacramento counties.

We're mid-transition from break/fix to managed services, with a stack rebuilt to match. Processes are still being built, which means you'll help shape them rather than inherit them.

You'll be working on:

• helpdesk and escalated tickets,
• M365/Entra administration,
• endpoint deployment and imaging,
• UniFi and small-business network configuration and management,
• onsite visits to client's offices,
• writing documentation as you go.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in an MSP or internal IT role;
• working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin, Windows endpoints, DNS/DHCP/VLANs, and Active Directory;
• a clean driving record and reliable vehicle;
• the ability to explain technical problems to a non-technical client.

Nice to have:

• RMM/PSA experience,
• UniFi, Intune, PowerShell, hospitality or professional-services clients,
• CompTIA/Microsoft certs.
• CMMC, ITAR, or other compliance framework familiarity is highly valued.
