Job summary

Logically in Danbury, CT is seeking a Managed Services Engineer II to support desks, servers, and network devices with a focus on rapid, accurate ticket resolution. Qualifications

• 2–4 years in MSP technical support or related role.
• Certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MS 365 Fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Windows Server, and Remote Desktop Services.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% for onsite client visits in the Danbury, CT area.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to Logically’s customers.
• Manage the status of open tickets and ensure SLA adherence.
• Troubleshoot networks and workstation issues across platforms.
• Work with Active Directory and O365 administration.
